Rhubarb 1 liang, Gallnut 1 liang, White Clematis 1 liang, Half-Branch Lotus 1 liang, Phellodendron Bark 1 liang, Licorice 1 liang, Turmeric 1 liang, Purple Golden Bark 1 liang, Southern Pinellia 1 liang, White Mustard Seed 1 liang, Cassia Bark 1 liang, White Angelica 1 liang, Aconite Root 1 liang, Atractylodes 1 liang, Croton Seed 1 liang, Castor Bean 1 liang,30 pieces of centipede (roasted), 30 pieces of wild dog (roasted), 3.5 jin of sesame oil, 1 rice bowl of white impatiens stem juice, 1 rice bowl of garlic juice, 1 rice bowl of scallion juice, 1 rice bowl of ginger juice, 1 rice bowl of Chinese chive juice, 6 liang of physalis, 2 liang of cocklebur heads,5 qian of snake shed, 1 donkey hoof, 2 goat horns, 1 dried toad, 1 liang of yellow cow horn and cheek, 1 liang of pig hoof, 1 liang of sarsaparilla, 1 liang of pangolin scales, 1 liang of sappan wood, 1 liang of Angelica sinensis root tip, 1 liang of Datura flower, 1 liang of Euphorbia, and 1 large crucian carp (8 liang).

Processing

Decoct the above herbs until charred, strain out the residue, then decoct again until the liquid condenses into beads when a drop is held up. Allow to cool, then add 12 liang of silver vermilion, 5 qian each of frankincense, myrrh, mercury oxide, and ground rue, and 3 qian of musk; stir until well blended.
