Qianghuo 7 liang 2 qian, Huangqin 7 liang 2 qian, Chrysanthemum 7 liang 2 qian, Manjing 7 liang 2 qian, Chuanxiong 4 liang 8 qian, Bai Zhi 4 liang 8 qian.

Processing

Wrap the above herbs in gauze and decoct; combine the filtrates from two decoctions and concentrate to a thick consistency; separately grind 12 liang of calamine, 1 liang 9 qian 2 fen of sodium carbonate, and 2 qian 4 fen of borneol into a fine powder, then mix them into the decoction and stir until uniform.

Eyelid-scleral adhesion, pterygium.

Instructions for Use

Apply a rice-grain-sized amount to the affected area of the pterygium or eyelid-scleral adhesion; close the eyes for half an hour, then wash off. Use 1–2 times daily.

Note

Do not apply to the iris.
