Drug Formulation

Areca nut 1 fen (chopped), Cinnamon (with coarse bark removed) half liang, Cinnabar (ground) half liang, Peach kernels (with skin and tips removed; double kernels; roasted and ground) half liang, Musk half liang (ground), Croton seeds 25 grains (with skin and inner membrane removed; ground to extract oil), Aconite root (roasted until cracked; skin and navel removed) 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with steamed buns soaked in hot water to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
