Upon palpation, it pulsates faintly; the sensation may resemble a worm gnawing or a needle pricking. Qi may occasionally surge to the heart; the flanks feel distended and full; the patient is unable to eat, and food cannot be digested. The condition may flow freely throughout the body or remain confined to the stomach; pain may extend to the genital area, the back, and the shoulders, accompanied by vomiting, shortness of breath, and sweating. The lower abdomen feels bitterly cold; there is a wound within the uterus; coughing may trigger pain in the genital area; and urine may leak involuntarily;If the reproductive orifice is obstructed, it leads to infertility; there is pain in the lower back and hips, heaviness and restlessness in the limbs, and swelling throughout the body that comes and goes intermittently; bowel movements are difficult, urination is dribbling; menstruation may cease, or discharge may resemble rotten flesh—green, yellow, red, white, or black in color, like soybean milk—and one experiences ominous dreams.

18 zhu of Mu Meng, 18 zhu of Hou Po, 18 zhu of Xiao Shi, 18 zhu of Qian Hu, 18 zhu of Gan Jiang, 18 zhu of (Shu Chong) insects, 18 zhu of Mu Dan, 18 zhu of Shu Jiao, 18 zhu of Huang Qin, 18 zhu of Jie Geng,Poria 18 zhu, Asarum 18 zhu, Lepidium 18 zhu, Ginseng 18 zhu, Ligusticum 18 zhu, Evodia 18 zhu, Cinnamon Bark 18 zhu, Rhubarb 2 liang and a half, Aconite 1 liang and 6 zhu, Angelica 0.5 liang.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 pills per dose, three times daily, on an empty stomach with wine. If no effect is observed, increase the dose to 5–6 pills. When the decoction discharges red, white, blue, or yellow substances resembling fish roe, the root of the disease has been expelled.
