Drug Formulation

Guang Mu Xiang 1 liang (unroasted), Da Chuan Wu (roasted, peel and navel removed) 7 qian, San Nai 5 qian, Ba Dou 7 qian (peel and oil removed, white powder retained; one formula adds Ding Xiang 3 qian, Chuan Xiong 5 qian, and Luo Bo Zi 7 qian).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Boil plump jujubes (peeled and pitted) in wine, then mash them into a paste to form pills the size of soybeans; alternatively, form pills using a flour paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose, chew it with white radish to help swallow it, then eat more radish to settle it; for qi deficiency with weak breathing and coughing, take 1 pill the size of a mung bean.
