Instructions for Use

Apply a small amount to the nostrils each time. With prolonged use, the clear nasal discharge will cease on its own. To treat failure of the Middle Dan to condense, soak Yizhi seeds in vinegar for three nights, roast them until dry, grind into a fine powder, and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using a paste made from flour boiled in vinegar.Take 30–50 pills at a time, washed down with salted water. To treat failure of the lower Dan to solidify: soak Yizhi seeds in salt water for three nights, roast until dry, grind into a fine powder, and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using a paste made from wheat flour boiled with salt. Take 30–50 pills at a time on an empty stomach, washed down with salted water; do not take with alcohol, as it may disperse vital energy.
