Instructions for Use

For the Goji berry ingredients: harvest the leaves on the first “Jian” day of the third month of spring; the branches on the first “Jian” day of the third month of summer; the seeds on the first “Jian” day of the third month of autumn; and the roots on the first “Jian” day of the third month of winter. On the first “Jian” day of each of the four seasons, collect the four ingredients—leaves, branches, seeds, and roots—and roast them until dry.If harvested on the 5th day of the 5th month at noon, the mixture is exceptionally effective. If the ingredients cannot be harvested according to these instructions, using just one type is sufficient. Wrap the medicine in a piece of crimson silk, ensuring it is tightly wrapped;Mix unwashed hair, ox bile, powdered thorn needles, and powdered red adzuki beans. First, spread a thin cloth over the unwashed hair, then lay the ox bile and other ingredients on top to dry in the sun. Immediately roll the crimson silk into a ball, use the unwashed hair as a cord, and tie it in a cross pattern. Heat it over an iron until it boils, then let it cool slightly before pounding it into a powder. Combine the four ingredients with goji berries, pound them together, and sift through silk.Take 2 bi of this mixture and combine it with 1 bi of the previous mixture, making a total of 3 bi, ensuring they blend well. Divide the mixture into two portions. Take one portion with warm wine on an empty stomach in the morning, twice daily.
