Agastache 30 liang (lightly roasted),Perilla leaf 20 liang (roasted), Trifoliate orange fruit 25 liang (roasted with wheat bran), Licorice root 5 liang (ground raw), Light soybean paste 30 liang (roasted), Chinese angelica root 20 liang (roasted with wine), Processed Aconite root 15 liang (roasted with wine), Dried tangerine peel 20 liang (roasted), Pinellia tuber 20 liang (roasted with ginger juice), Charred hawthorn fruit 30 liang, Roasted barley malt 30 liang,Shenqu 20 liang (roasted), Areca nut 20 liang (roasted), Cardamom seeds 30 liang (roasted), Burdock seeds 15 liang (roasted), Platycodon root 15 liang (roasted), Pueraria root 20 liang (roasted), Radish seeds 30 liang (roasted), Scutellaria root 8 liang (wine-roasted),Gardenia seeds 15 liang (stir-fried until black), Red peony root 20 liang (stir-fried), Akebia stem 12 liang (stir-fried), Dehuo 15 liang (stir-fried with wine), Magnolia bark 20 liang (stir-fried with ginger juice).

Prepare the above herbs according to the prescribed methods, grind each into a fine powder, and mix with refined honey to form pills, each weighing 4 qian.

Instructions for Use

Take with Zhaohou Decoction. For common cold-induced headaches, chills, fever, and pain in the joints and bones throughout the body, use 3 qian of roasted ginger and 3 scallion bulbs; decoct to make a broth, dissolve one pill in it, and drink the liquid—the condition will be cured immediately. For cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, use 2 qian of roasted ginger and 3 qian of hearth soil; if the diarrhea is severe, add 3 fen of Coptis chinensis stir-fried with ginger juice, decoct to make a broth, and take one pill.For malaria, use 3 qian of roasted ginger, 3 jujubes, and 3 qian of Artemisia annua; decoct in water, dissolve one pill in the decoction, and take it one hour before the expected onset of symptoms;For bloody dysentery, use 3 qian of honeysuckle and 3 fen of Coptis chinensis (stir-fried with wine); boil in water and dissolve one pill in the decoction; for non-bloody dysentery, use 2 qian of roasted ginger and 3 qian of brown sugar; boil in water and dissolve one pill in the decoction; regardless of whether it is bloody or non-bloody, if abdominal pain is present, add 1 qian 5 fen of Guangmuxiang; boil in water and dissolve one pill in the decoction; for epidemic diseases, use 5 qian of red adzuki beans and 3 qian of Artemisia annua; boil in water and dissolve one pill in the decoction;For rashes, use 2 qian of Pueraria root, 5 qian of gypsum, 8 fen of stir-fried Cimicifuga, and 5 fen of raw licorice; decoct in water and dissolve one pill in the decoction; for pregnant women, use 1 qian 5 fen of Amomum, 8 fen of stir-fried Scutellaria, decoct in water and dissolve one pill in the decoction; for postpartum women, use 8 qian of Angelica sinensis and 3 qian of Leonurus; decoct in water and dissolve one pill in the decoction. Adults take one pill; children take half a pill.
