Drug Formulation

Half a liang of Cimicifuga, half a liang of dried Pueraria root, half a liang of licorice (roasted), half a liang of peony root, half a liang of ginseng, 3 qian of Qin Jiao, 3 qian of Angelica dahurica, 3 qian of Saposhnikovia root, and 3 qian of Cinnamomum twig.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 1 liang per dose; boil with 2 zhan of water and 3 stems of scallion whites (with roots intact), each 2 cun long, until reduced to approximately 1 zhan. Strain, take while slightly warm, after a meal. After taking the medicine, lie down in a place sheltered from wind and cold; stop treatment once a light sweat appears.
