Processing

Wrap the cinnabar in Schisandra chinensis leaves (wiped clean of hairs with fresh cloth), secure with cloth thread, place 1 small ou of human breast milk in a silver bowl, cover it, and simmer in a double boiler until the milk evaporates. Grind into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
