Drug Formulation

2 large turtles (one female, one male), 2 liang of Polygala, 3 liang of Ophiopogon, 4 liang of Cornus fruit, 1 liang of Cinnamon Bark, 5 liang of Atractylodes (roasted), 2 liang of Atractylodes, 10 liang of Prepared Rehmannia, 10 liang of Scrophularia, 4 liang of Poria, 10 liang of Polygonum multiflorum (raw), 4 liang of Mulberry fruit, 4 liang of Lonicera japonica, 5 liang of Prunella.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Steam the large turtles in a rice pot until cooked, then roast them over a fire until dry and grind into a powder. Mix with honey to form pills.
