4 liang of Douleng, 4 liang of water celery, 4 liang of Xuanfu flower, 4 liang of Jiangbancao (all fresh; extract the juice), 4 liang of peppermint leaves, and 4 liang of gallnut.

Processing

Pound into cakes, sun-dry for 7 days until white fuzz appears; then collect the juice from the first four ingredients, mix it in, and pound again. Allow to dry, then mix with juice and pound again—repeat as many times as necessary.
