Drug Formulation

30 black plums (large and fleshy; first soak in hot water 3–5 times, discard the acidic liquid, mash the flesh, and simmer with sugar); half a liang of ground cinnamon (added to the decoction); 1 jin of sugar balls (adjust quantity as needed; stop simmering once the desired consistency is reached); half a jin of fresh ginger (extract the juice; adjust the amount as needed).
