Drug Formulation
1 shi 5 dou of raw Atractylodes macrocephala (wash thoroughly; pound to extract 3 dou of juice; decoct until reduced by half); 25 bundles of fresh Chinese privet (each bundle 3 chi long, with a circumference of 2 chi 5 cun and a diameter of 2 cun at the thick end; burn to extract 3 dou of liquid; decoct until reduced by half); 30 bundles of green bamboo (each bundle 3 chi long, with a circumference of 2 chi 5 cun and a diameter of 1 cun;charred to yield 3 dou of liquid, then decocted until reduced by half), 5 da dou of raw Rehmannia root (select thick roots; pound to extract 3 dou of juice, then decoct until reduced by half), and 36 jin of raw Acanthopanax root (wash thoroughly, chop, and decoct in a large cauldron with 4 shi of water; remove the dregs and clarify the liquid; take 7 dou of the liquid, place it in a copper vessel, and decoct it over water in the large cauldron to yield 3 dou 5 sheng of liquid).

Processing
From the five herbs listed above—including Atractylodes—a total of 9 dou 5 sheng of decoction is obtained. Add 1 shi 5 dou of high-quality glutinous rice and 8 jin of premium wheat malt. Dry the malt in the sun and grind it into a fine powder. Soak the malt in 6 dou of the herbal decoction for 5 days until it ferments. For the first batch, add 7 dou of thoroughly washed rice, repeating the process 30 times. Place the rice on a clean mat and wipe it with raw cloth to ensure it is free of impurities.then cook it. Add the (饣贲), soak the (饣贲) in the remaining herbal juice, and adjust the strength as needed before steaming it again. Wait until a crust forms on the surface of the (饣贲), then place it on the mat. Adjust the strength and temperature as in the standard wine-making method, ferment it in a jar, and seal the lid tightly.After 3 days, for the second batch, wash another 4 dou of rice and add it according to the previous method. After 3 days, add the following herbs: cassia bark, licorice, angelica dahurica, asarum, saposhnikovia root, angelica sinensis, ephedra, and ligusticum—6 liang each; aconite root—5 liang; achyranthes root—9 liang; dried ginger and acanthopanax bark—1 jin each.Crush the above herbs thoroughly. For the third batch, use 4 dou of rice, washed thoroughly as before; pour the remaining liquid over the rice and steam it again. Once a crust forms on top, place a weight on top to adjust the temperature as in the standard brewing method, then mix in the aforementioned herbs. After 3 days, taste to ensure the sweetness and bitterness are balanced; seal the top tightly for 14 days, then press to extract the clear liquor.

Instructions for Use
Take 4 he per dose, twice daily, increasing the amount gradually until the desired effect is achieved; the wine should be warm but not too hot.
