Instructions for Use

Take 10 bowls of river water, boil until it comes to a rolling boil several times, strain to remove impurities, and store in a basin. While still hot, first use it for steam therapy; once it has cooled to a warm temperature, use it for washing. For best results, mix in the bile from 2–3 male pigs just before washing.
