Ginseng 1 qian, Astragalus 1 qian, Atractylodes 0.5 fen, Fried Licorice 0.5 fen, Angelica 1 qian, Ligusticum 0.8 fen, White Peony 0.8 fen, Prepared Rehmannia 0.8 fen, Dipsacus 1 qian, Glutinous Rice 1 cuo, Scutellaria 1 qian, Amomum 0.5 fen.

Benefits

For women with deficiency of both qi and blood, who are inherently weak; or who are obese but lack substance; or who are thin with blood heat; or who have poor appetite and fatigue due to spleen-stomach deficiency, and have a history of miscarriage.

Instructions for Use

Decoct 1.5 zhong of water until reduced to 8 fen; take after a meal. As soon as pregnancy is suspected, take one dose daily for 3–5 days; after the fourth month, there is no longer cause for concern.

Note

Avoid sexual activity and anger; stay away from alcohol, vinegar, and pungent, hot foods.
