Drug Formulation

75g Angelica sinensis, 50g Paeonia lactiflora, 37.5g Ligusticum chuanxiong, 100g Rehmannia glutinosa (prepared), 75g Cyperus rotundus (vinegar-processed), 12.5g Aquilaria agallocha, 12.5g Citrus aurantium (green peel), 75g Crataegus pinnatifida (charred), 50g Corydalis yanhusuo, 12.5g Zingiber officinale (roasted), 12.5g Cinnamomum cassia, 75g Salvia miltiorrhiza,Leuprorhiza Seed 25g, Safflower 25g, Motherwort 300g, Wulingzhi (vinegar-fried) 50g.

Processing

Take Motherwort, Leonurus Seed, Salvia Root, and 25g of Prepared Rehmannia Root; add water and decoct twice. Combine the decoctions, filter, and concentrate to an appropriate volume. Grind the remaining 12 ingredients and 75g of Prepared Rehmannia Root into a fine powder, sift, and mix thoroughly. Use the concentrated liquid and an appropriate amount of water to form pills; coat the pills with the remaining concentrated liquid, dry, and polish.

Instructions for Use

Take 6–9 g orally 1–2 times daily, taken prior to menstruation.

Note

Contraindicated for pregnant women.
