Salted Plum: 4 liang; Ophiopogon (core removed): 1 liang; Peppermint (stems removed): 1 liang; Persimmon Frost: 1 liang; Fine Tea: 1 liang; Perilla Leaf (stems removed): 5 qian.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with 4 liang of white rock sugar and pound together into pills the size of a chickpea; adding 1 liang of ginseng makes it even more effective.

Instructions for Use

Carry them when traveling; take one pill at a time by holding it in the mouth, which can serve as a substitute for tea.
