Benefits

For chronic leg ulcers that have been present for many years, are black, rotten, foul-smelling, and painful, and have not responded to other treatments.

Instructions for Use

Decoct the above herbs in tung oil until it comes to a rolling boil. Wash the leg ulcer clean, then mix wheat flour with water to form a ring and place it around the edges of the ulcer to prevent air from escaping and the oil from seeping out. Keep the leg flat, and use a teaspoon to gradually fill the ring with hot oil. Once the oil has cooled, remove the ring; the necrotic tissue and wind-toxin will naturally slough off. Then apply the detoxifying Zijing Ointment, cover with paper, and secure with silk—change the dressing every 3 days.

Note

After recovery, avoid trigger foods and stick to steamed or stir-fried dishes for one year.
