Instructions for Use

Using 3 large bowls of water, first decoct the 7 ingredients—including Ephedra—until reduced to 1.5 bowls. Strain out the residue, then add the rice and cook into a thin porridge. Take it at any time. Cover with clothing to induce sweating, and the patient will recover.
