Drug Formulation

Perilla seeds (washed with water, stir-fried, and ground into powder): 2 liang; Cyperus rhizome (washed with water, stir-fried, and ground into powder): 2 liang; White cardamom (baked in bread dough until tender, then ground into powder): 2 liang; Amomum fruit (stir-fried, then ground into powder): 1 liang; Guang Chenpi (washed with water, sun-dried, and ground into powder): 3 liang; Hawthorn fruit (washed with water, pitted, sun-dried, and ground into powder): 3 liang;Nanxing 1 liang (prepared according to the “half-process” method), Poria (ground into powder) 2 liang, Zhi Shi (roasted with wheat bran, ground into powder) 1 liang 5 qian, Atractylodes (roasted with earth, ground into powder) 8 liang, Zhi Ke (roasted with wheat bran, peeled, and ground into powder) 1 liang, Agarwood (only use if it sinks immediately when placed in water; ground into powder) 1 liang,Shenqu (roasted, ground into powder) 3 liang, Guangmuxiang (ground into powder) 1 liang, Banxia 5 qian (boiled together with 2 qian 5 fen each of ginger, soapberry, and white alum, then ground into powder), Chuanxiong (sun-dried, ground into powder) 1 liang, Radish seeds (roasted, ground into powder) 1 liang, Powdered licorice (roasted, ground into powder) 1 liang, Barley malt (washed thoroughly with water, roasted, ground into powder) 3 liang.
