Drug Formulation

1 liang 1 qian of Chebulic Myrobalan Bark, 1 liang 1 qian of Angelica Root, 2 liang 2 qian of Gallic Acid, 1 liang of Pomegranate Peel (soaked in vinegar), half a liang of Gallnut, and 1 liang 1 qian of Hundred-Herb Decoction.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

First, take half liang of barley flour, half liang of buckwheat flour, and 1 liang 6 qian of cinnabar. Mix the two flours with vinegar to form a paste, then add the cinnabar and stir until uniform. First, wash the hair thoroughly with warm soapy water made from soap pods, then apply the cinnabar paste.After rubbing, take 1 liang of the aforementioned Aconite preparation and mix it with any remaining paste to form a paste; apply it thoroughly to the hair. Wrap the hair in lotus leaves overnight, then wash it clean with warm soapy water.
