Instructions for Use

Slice the lean lamb meat thinly into small pieces. Simmer in 3 large bowls of water until reduced to 1 large bowl. Add the Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong to the lamb broth, then simmer for another 70 percent of the original volume. Strain out the solids and consume before meals.
