Chuanlian (stir-fried with pig bile) 1 qian 5 fen, Changpu 1 qian 5 fen, Tianma (baked) 3 qian, Tianchong (stir-fried) 3 qian,Tangerine Peel 3 qian, Poria Sclerotium 3 qian, Polygala Root 3 qian, Bile Star 3 qian, Schizonepeta 3 qian, Platycodon Root 2 qian, Cicada Shedding 2 qian, Pinellia Rhizome 2 qian, Curcuma Rhizome 2 qian, Saposhnikovia Root 2 qian, Whole Scorpion 1 qian, Licorice Root 1 qian, Peppermint 4 qian, Trifoliate Orange Peel 5 qian, Wine-Processed Gypsum 5 qian, Oyster Shell (calcined) 7 qian.

Processing

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Decoct with 1 liang 5 qian of Uncaria hook vine, add 5 qian of brown sugar, and boil until thickened to form pills. Divide each batch evenly into 150 pills and coat with cinnabar and gold leaf.

For pediatric wind-heat convulsions and cold extremities.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose; for cold syndromes, dissolve in light ginger decoction; for heat syndromes, dissolve in decoction of Uncaria and Peppermint.
