Drug Formulation

Raw Rehmannia (chopped and stir-fried with ginger; remove the ginger) 4 liang, Salvia miltiorrhiza (remove the root ends, wash with wine, and stir-fry) 4 liang, Whole Angelica sinensis 3 liang, Four-processed Large Cyperus rotundus 2 liang, Red Peony Root (stir-fried with wine) 2 liang, Sichuan Lovage (stir-fried with a child’s urine) 1 liang, Aged Mullein Down (boiled with 2 eggs until the water evaporates, then stir-fried until black) 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Dissolve 3 liang of black donkey-hide glue in wine until melted, then mix with the powder and pound into pills the size of a tung seed.

Take 20 pills per dose. For those who have suffered repeated miscarriages, take the Uterine Cleansing Pills immediately after a miscarriage for 7 days; on the 8th day, begin taking these pills, continuing until the 14th day.
