Processing

Peel high-quality longan fruits by hand and place them in a bamboo tube-shaped porcelain bowl. For every 1 liang of longan flesh, add 1 qian of white sugar, and cover the bowl’s opening with a single layer of silk gauze. Steam it daily over a rice pot until it has been steamed 100 times.
