4 liang of Amomum villosum seeds (cracked open), 2 liang of salt.

Processing

Roast them together in a porcelain vessel until fragrant and cooked through; sift out the salt and discard it. Grind the Amomum seeds into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Alternatively, grind 2 liang of white Poria and 1 liang of licorice into a fine powder. Take 2 qian of this powder each time, mix with boiling water, and take it at any time.
