Drug Formulation

Chenpi 4 liang (divided into 4 fen; each portion soaked overnight in milk wine, licorice, water, and mugwort juice, then sun-dried), Cornus officinalis (pitted, steamed in wine, and sun-dried) 2 liang, Asarum (roasted) 2 liang,Rehmannia glutinosa 4 liang (divided into 2 fen; each portion soaked thoroughly in wine and ginger juice, then sun-dried), Cyperus rotundus 8 liang (divided into 4 fen; 1 fen soaked in children’s urine, 1 fen in wine, 1 fen in vinegar, and 1 fen in salt water for 5 days, then sun-dried and stir-fried), Angelica sinensis 4 liang (divided into 2 fen; 1 fen soaked in wine and stir-fried;1 portion soaked in a decoction of 3 qian of ginseng, then sun-dried), Scutellaria baicalensis (2 liang, steamed with wine, then stir-fried), Atractylodes macrocephala (4 liang, soaked in rice washing, sliced, then stir-fried with yellow earth), Rubus chingii (1 liang, stir-fried), Amomum villosum (1 liang, shelled and stir-fried), and Ligusticum chuanxiong (3 liang, stir-fried with wine).

Processing

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using Chinese yam paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills every morning and 60 pills every evening, washed down with plain hot water; intended for women.
