40 grams of raw Astragalus, 20 grams of Codonopsis, 10 grams of brown sugar, and 5 grams of dried tangerine peel.

How To Make

Wash the Astragalus and Codonopsis, place them in an aluminum pot, and simmer to extract the liquid. Repeat this process three times. Combine the three batches of Astragalus and Codonopsis decoction, add brown sugar and dried tangerine peel, and continue simmering briefly until ready.

Efficacy

It tonifies qi, lifts and supports, strengthens the spleen, and nourishes the stomach. Suitable for gastric ptosis caused by qi deficiency.

Usage

Take in the morning and evening; regular use is effective.

Commentary

Raw Astragalus assume the leading (chief) role, anchoring the herbal tea formula overall action. Codonopsis (Dang-shen) join as the supporting deputy.
