San Sheng Decoction，From *Yi Jian Fang*.，Cold phlegm obstructing the meridians, leading to stroke with loss of consciousness; profuse phlegm and saliva; slurred speech; facial asymmetry (crooked mouth and eyes); or hemiplegia. For stroke presenting with unconsciousness, facial asymmetry, hemiplegia, throat sounds, and phlegm obstructing the upper body—regardless of whether caused by external invasion of wind-cold, internal emotional disturbances (joy or anger), or whether the six pulses are deep and hidden or floating and vigorous under the fingers;It also treats phlegm-induced syncope and fluid-retention-induced syncope, as well as dizziness due to qi deficiency, muscle spasms, spontaneous sweating, and cold limbs. It is used for phlegm-malaria in physically weak individuals, and for stroke with obstruction, loss of consciousness, and a deep pulse without fever.

Instructions for Use
Crush coarsely. Take half a liang per dose; add 2 zhan of water and 10 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take while warm.

Not suitable for those with stroke complicated by heat.
