Chinese Name : 麝连丸
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Coptis (soaked in wine overnight), half a liang of Evodia, half a liang of softshell turtle shell (roasted with rice vinegar), half a liang of Bupleurum, half a liang of purified aged tangerine peel, half a liang of Schisandra, half a liang of green tangerine peel (the above 7 ingredients should be coarsely chopped; add 49 seeds of croton, stir-fried until yellow, then remove the seeds), 1 fen of areca nut,1 fen of Wood Fragrance, half a qian of Musk, and half a liang of Qin Jiao.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of small beans using a wine paste.
