Chinese Name : 雄胆散
Drug Formulation
3 qian of Scutellaria baicalensis (raw), 3 qian of Coptis chinensis (raw), 3 qian of Gardenia seeds (roasted until black), 5 qian of processed dried plum (calcined to preserve its nature), 5 qian of Indigo naturalis, 1 qian of realgar, 3 qian of borax, 1 qian of chicken gizzard lining (kept dry), 5 qian of human nasal mucus, and 1 qian of dried alum.

Processing
Grind the above herbs according to established methods into an extremely fine powder. Add 6 fen of borneol and 3 fen of musk, then mix thoroughly. For every 5 qian of this powder, add 2 fen of Western Huang, 5 fen of copper blue, 5 fen of bear bile, 5 fen of pearl, and 8 fen of catechu; grind all together into an extremely fine powder. Store in a tightly sealed porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use
Take a small amount each time and blow it into the affected area; repeat more than ten times a day and night, then slowly swallow it. As phlegm and saliva are expelled, the condition will gradually improve.
