Drug Formulation

2 liang of zinc oxide, 1 liang of Angelica sinensis, 5 qian of mugwort, 1 liang of Sophora japonica bark (for the above three ingredients, use 1.5 bowls of water and decoct until reduced to 1 bowl. Calcine the zinc oxide over a fire; sprinkle the decoction over it three times. Once complete, wrap it in blue cloth, bury it beneath the ground where urine has been collected, leave it overnight, and retrieve it the next morning), 3 fen of dragon’s blood, 3 fen of myrrh, 3 fen of frankincense,musk 3 fen, cinnabar 3 fen, mercuric oxide 3 fen, borax 3 fen, pearl 3 fen, agate 3 fen, crystal 3 fen, bear bile 2 fen, bismuth subchloride 2 fen, verdigris 1 fen, ox bile 3 fen, realgar 3 fen, borneol 5 fen.
