7 castor beans (peeled and ground), half a liang of sulfur (finely ground), half a liang of white alum (burned to ash), half a liang of ligusticum, and 3 liang of lard.

Grind the above ingredients into a powder; refine the lard into oil, then mix in the powdered medicine until well blended.
