Benefits

Instructions for Use

First, thoroughly clean a basin, pour boiling water into it, cover it for a short while, then pour the water into a tub. Bathe in it several times, and the swelling will subside. Next, pound the above herbs into a paste, mix with sesame oil, and rub it all over the body from top to bottom.

Note

Strictly avoid chicken, fish, raw or cold foods, grilled or roasted foods, direct sunlight, firelight, lamp smoke, and steam; extreme caution is required.
