Drug Formulation

4 liang of Turtle Shell Decoction Paste, 3 liang of Angelica sinensis, 1 liang of Chuanxiong, 2 liang of Red Peony Root, 4 liang of White Peony Root, 4 liang of Raw Rehmannia Root, 1 liang of Amber Flakes, 6 liang of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 3 liang of Ophiopogon tuber, 4 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, 2 liang of Poria cocos (processed),3 liang of jujube seeds, 3 liang of Moutan bark, 2 liang of donkey-hide gelatin, 1 liang of white薇, 2 liang of solomon’s seal, and 1 liang 5 qian of safflower.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Boil longan flesh and lotus seeds (with the cores removed) until soft, then pound them together with the powdered medicine into a paste. Mix with refined honey to form pills.
