Drug Formulation

Astragalus 1 liang (chopped), Ginseng 1 liang (root tip removed), Poria 1 liang,Ophiopogon tuber 1 liang (core removed), Atractylodes macrocephala 3 fen, Schisandra berries 1 liang, Cinnamon bark 1 liang, Prepared Rehmannia root 1 liang, Aged tangerine peel 1 liang (soaked in hot water to remove white pith, then roasted), Angelica sinensis 3 fen (chopped, lightly roasted), Licorice root 0.5 liang (roasted until slightly reddish, chopped), White peony root 3 fen, Achyranthes root 3 fen (stems removed).

Grind the above ingredients into a powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose. Boil in 1 medium bowl of water with half a fen of fresh ginger and 3 jujubes until reduced to 6 fen. Strain and take warm at any time.
