Drug Formulation

Ginseng 4 qian, charred Atractylodes macrocephala 3 qian, cardamom seeds 2 qian, Astragalus 1 liang, Cinnamomum cassia twigs 3 qian, eagle’s claw 3 qian (baked on yin-yang tiles to preserve its nature), papaya 3 qian, Sichuan pepper 2 qian, tiger bone 3 qian, licorice 2 qian.

Decoct in water and take one dose while warm. Add another 1 liang of Astragalus; taking a dozen or so doses should lead to recovery.
