Drug Formulation

Astragalus 6 liang, Ginseng 6 liang, Du Huo 6 liang, Chuanxiong 6 liang, Fangfeng 6 liang, Danggui 6 liang, Cinnamon Bark 6 liang, Bi Xie 6 liang, Fangji 6 liang, Poria 8 liang, Atractylodes 8 liang, Salvia 8 liang, Aconite (raw) 4 liang, Licorice (roasted) 4 liang,Almond (with skin and tip removed), Raw Rehmannia, Fresh Ginger, Magnetite 20 fen (crushed to the size of small beans).

Cut the ingredients into pieces and divide into 30 doses.

Instructions for Use

For each dose, take 2 liang of fresh ginger, 1 liang of raw rehmannia root, and 14 crushed apricot kernels. Boil in 2 sheng of water until reduced to 7 he, then strain through a cloth to remove the residue. Take in the late afternoon or at midnight.

Note

Avoid pork, cold water, seaweed, Chinese cabbage, raw green onions, peaches, plums, sparrow meat, vinegar-based foods, mutton, wild fennel, and malt syrup. After three days, there are no further dietary restrictions.
