Maoshan Atractylodes 1 qian (processed with rice water), Phellodendron 7 fen (wine-fried), Raw Rehmannia 1 qian, Xuanmuqu 1 qian, Coix Seed 2 qian, Achyranthes 1 qian, Angelica 1 qian, Du Huo 7 fen, Guangpi 8 fen, Poria 1 qian, a handful of lamp wicks, 1 slice of fresh ginger.
