Zhi Shi (fried with wheat bran until yellow) 1 liang, Shen Qu (fried until yellow) 1 liang, Huang Qin (raw) 1 liang, Bai Zhu 1 liang, Radish Seeds (fried to remove foul odor) 5 qian, Hong Hua 3 fen.

Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder; wrap in lotus leaves with steamed rice to form pills the size of mung beans.
