1. Place both hands on both sides of the waist and perform counterclockwise vibrating rotations. The left hand moves upward while the right hand rotates to the left.Place both hands on the abdomen and rotate them in a clockwise direction.

3. Place both thumbs on the navel, apply an upward force to push the adipose tissue of the stomach, and then slide towards the base of the waist to tighten the abdominal adipose tissue.Place both hands at the lower back area and alternately lift the adipose tissue of the waist.

5. Use the force of both hands’ thenar and hypothenar eminences in coordination with the palms to push and compress abdominal fat.

6. Place the four fingers of the right hand on the left lower lumbar region of the recipient, and use the left thumb to apply opposing pressure for 2-3 seconds. Then, use the four fingers of the left hand and the right thumb to apply opposing pressure for 2-3 seconds. Repeat this alternating process several times, gradually moving upward to the upper lumbar region, and perform several up-and-down passes.

7. Place the thumbs of both hands on one side of the abdomen, and use the other four fingers to push and squeeze the fat in opposition to the thumbs, gradually moving towards one side of the iliac waist area, repeating several times.

8. Place both hands on either side of the waist, with fingertips pointing to one side. Rapidly push and squeeze the abdominal fat inward toward each other, then smoothly press outward in the opposite direction. Repeat the same motion in reverse. Perform this technique repeatedly for several cycles.

9.Place both hands overlapping on one side of the lower lumbar region, press obliquely and vibrate to the ipsilateral lower abdomen. Keep the left hand in place while the right hand returns to the lower lumbar region, and repeat this process several times.

10. Use the thumbs, index fingers, and middle fingers of both hands to alternately pinch and knead the abdominal fat in a “climbing stairs” manner, repeating several times.
