Drug Formulation
Lilu (thoroughly washed and roasted) 5 qian, Shechuangzi (dust and soil removed) 5 qian, Red Dan (calcined) 5 qian, Sulfur 2 qian, Red Ocher 2 qian, White Alum (calcined) 2 qian, Gallnut (internal insect debris removed) 2 qian, Phellodendron Bark (coarse bark removed) 2 qian, Mercury Oxide 50 tie.

Processing
The first eight ingredients should be either sun-dried or roasted, then ground into a fine powder. Combine this powder with the mercury oxide in a mortar and pound until uniform. Use raw, fatty pork lard, finely chopped, and mix it with the medicinal powder in a clay bowl, pounding until thoroughly blended.
