Amber 1 liang 5 qian (ground), Ox Bile 1 qian (ground), Ginseng 1.5 liang, Sandalwood 1.5 liang, Poria 1.5 liang, Cinnabar (ground) 5 qian, Pearl 5 qian (ground), Trifoliate Orange Peel 1 liang,Zhi Shi 1 liang, ox bile 1 liang, Pinellia tuber 1 liang, Curcuma longa 1 liang, Chinese yam 10 liang, licorice 3 liang (all ground into fine powder), gold leaf 400 pieces, honey 2 jin, beeswax 25 jin.

Instructions for Use

For infants under several months old, divide each pill into 4 doses—either one-third or half a pill per dose; for children several years old, take 1 pill per dose, washed down with a decoction of scallion whites or peppermint tea, without regard to specific times; for severe cough due to phlegm congestion, take with ginger tea; for convulsions when smallpox rashes begin to appear, take with plain water; for palpitations and restlessness, take with rush-heart decoction.
