Drug Formulation

Honeysuckle (Jinyinhua) 125g, Isatis Leaf (Daqingye) 125g, Patrinia Herb (Baijiangcao) 125g, Dandelion (Pugongying) 125g, Chinese Melia Fruit (Chuanlianzi) 25g, Raw Rhubarb (Sheng Dahuang) 37.5g, Wood Fragrance (Muxiang) 37.5g, Winter Melon Seeds (Dongguaren) 37.5g,Peach Kernel 25g, Red Peony Root 50g, Scutellaria Root 37.5g, Talc Powder 15g, Red Vine 125g.

Processing

Dry the Honeysuckle, Red Vine, Raw Rhubarb, Wood Fragrance, Red Peony Root, and Scutellaria root; grind them into a fine powder and sieve through a 120-mesh sieve. Separately, prepare the Isatis Leaf, Patrinia Herb, Dandelion, Chinese Melia Fruit, Winter Melon Seeds, and Peach Kernels.Decoct twice, each time for 2 hours after reaching a boil; combine the decoctions, filter, and concentrate to 400 mL. Mix thoroughly with the powdered herbs, pass through a 16-mesh sieve, form into granules, dry at a temperature below 60°C, add talc powder and mix thoroughly, then compress into tablets weighing 0.5 g each.
