Large Tiannanxing and red adzuki beans, in equal parts (both used raw).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Take 30 pills each time, washed down with light ginger soup before meals.
