Drug Formulation

1 liang of Puxiao, 1 liang of Yaxiao, 1 liang of Mangxiao, 1 liang of gypsum, 1 liang of cold-water stone (sifted), 1 liang of Qingdai, 1 liang of licorice, and 1 liang of stiff silkworm.

Processing

First, decoct licorice and stiffened silkworm in water, strain out the residue, then add the remaining herbs and decoct again. Stir continuously with a willow stick until fully dissolved. Add indigo powder and mix thoroughly, then pour into a sand basin. Allow to cool and solidify into a frost-like substance, then grind into an extremely fine powder.

Instructions for Use
