Angelica sinensis (washed with wine) 2 liang, Southern Ligusticum 1 liang, White Peony Root (stir-fried with wine) 2 liang, Prepared Rehmannia 4 liang, Cornus officinalis (steamed with wine, pitted) 2 liang,Poria (peeled) 1.5 liang, Chinese Yam 2 liang, Moutan Bark 1.5 liang, Alisma 1.5 liang, Gardenia (stir-fried) 1.5 liang, Motherwort 2 liang, Raw Rehmannia (washed with wine) 2 liang, Cyperus (stir-fried with vinegar) 2 liang, Dried Tangerine Peel 1.5 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
