Drug Formulation
2 shi of fat Atractylodes (harvested in late autumn; brush off the black skin with water and sun-dry).

Processing
Pound it evenly in a wooden mortar until finely crushed, then spread a thin layer of white茅 grass in a steamer basket,place a cloth over it, then add the Atractylodes, cover it with the cloth, seal the steamer, and steam for one cooking cycle. Remove and place in a basin; moisten with hot water, then return to the steamer and steam for another cooking cycle. Transfer to a wine press and press until all the juice is extracted. Pour the juice into a silver pot and simmer over a double boiler, stirring constantly. Periodically test a small amount for consistency; when it reaches the texture of regular butter, it is ready. Store in a non-porous container.
Instructions for Use
Take it at any time, mixed with warm wine in a dose about the size of a date. It is highly effective.
Note
Avoid peaches, plums, and sparrow meat.
