Formulas Name : Braised Goat Liver
Chinese Name : 羊肝煎
Drug Formulation
1 whole sheep’s liver (finely sliced), 1 strip of sheep’s loin meat (finely sliced), 3 liang of aged rice malt powder, and 5 liang of goji root (sliced; boil in 1 dou 2 sheng of water until reduced to 9 sheng; strain out the residue).

Instructions for Use
Take the four ingredients above; first, use the Goji root decoction to simmer them until boiling, then add the liver and meat along with the rice malt powder, and mix with scallion and fermented black bean juice. Simmer gradually until it reaches the consistency of thick syrup. Divide into three doses to be taken on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bedtime.
